Eaton’s Global Financial Services and Systems is seeking a Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst located in Beachwood, OH.  
 
The Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst will be an integral part of the team that ensures the Oracle R12 Security & Controls are properly governed and supported.  You will be the subject matter expert of the Centralized User Access and Segregation of Duties review processes, providing support for multiple financial systems.  The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers, solve complex technical and/or functional problems, and meet due dates.  We are seeking an individual who is passionate about internal controls, customer service, and reduction of inefficiencies.

Essential Functions:
  • You will assist with control development and procedures based on design documents.
  • You will coordinate and execute creation of new R12 Roles for additional plants going live.
  • You will execute control support steps (i.e. Column ticket re-assignment, Column ticket monitoring and escalation process, SOD monitoring, User Access requests SOD review, etc.)
  • You will serve as the subject matter expert for coordinating the user access reviews and provide customer service for the user access and SOD certifications.
  • You will support the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Role Maintenance process.
  • You will support the Preventive SOD Process in OIM.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Minimum 3 years Oracle Financial Systems and/or Oracle ERP experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • No relocation benefit is being provided, must reside within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH work location.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education or experience in financial controls, compliance, and systematic controls is preferred.
  • Understanding of Relational databases (SQL, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Knowledge/Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or any other module of Oracle is preferred.
  • Oracle GRC or SAP GRC experience is a plus.
  • Compliance or accounting experience a plus.
