Sales Manager - Key Accounts Finance Segment大客户经理-金融行业
A. To build up a high performing Key Account Finance Segment team to drive the growth of Power Quality China’s market share and revenue.
B. To ensure Eaton be listed in all necessary short list of these key account’s Frame Purchas Agreement as the primary objective
C. To do utmost to build up strong and lasting relationships at executive level within Key Acccount Finance Segment
D. To set up the strategy and business developing plan in the aspect of Key Account Management of Power Quality China in short term, mid-term and long term
E. To work closely together with all sales teams (Regional, IT, Key Account and Service sales), marketing, service team to reach the desired target.
A. More than 10 year experience in UPS or relevant market
B. Be familiar with some key segments and have good relationship with Headquarter of key segments (preferred in Financial clients)
C. Good leadership and management skills
D. Good team work spirit and great sales sense
E. Strong negotiation and communication skills
F. Good written and verbal Chinese and English
