Regional C&B Specialist
Support benefits program design and implementation in the region. Develop and implement regional benefits policies, conduct communication and training to business HR.
Plan, coordinate and deploy Eaton Global Wellness Programs in the region. Act as an ambassador of Eaton Wellness in APAC to continuously broadcasting wellness culture based on current practices of each country and business division.
A. Support regional C&B manager to develop and implement regional compensation and benefits policies to make sure Eaton C&B program in each APAC countries are responding the need of talent retention and aligned with market.
B. Support regional compensation and benefits governance process. Provide consultancy and solve problems to business HR regarding Eaton C&B policies and programs, as well as market practice and trends.
C. Facilitate or conduct trainings and communications internally to business HR on Eaton C&B programs.
D. Lead, plan and deploy global wellness programs in the region, including wellness coverage to Cooper organizations
E. Manage and evaluate service providers/consultant for regional C&B, and continuously improve service.
F. Provide technical supports during merges and acquisitions C&B integration programs, in regards to integration on compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications- Strong deployment and implementation skill;
- Collaboration, willing to and good at work with others and support others;
- Communication and influencing skill in English
- Problem solving and negotiation skill;
- Understand customer needs in a proactive way
- Strictly follow Eaton policy and process
- Better with experience in consultant firm
- Experience on organizing company activities can be a plus
- Quick learner on new C&B area
