Technical Sales and Quotes Engineer
Main duties will involve evaluating and preparing quotations and tenders, along with evaluation of sales orders and amendments to orders. Supporting the MEDC Area Sales Managers and customer base responsible for the MEDC portfolio of products at all levels of the market.
The engineer will work closely with manufacturing and technical personnel as well as the main customer service function, and will be involved in direct interaction with customers, handling queries and attending to customer specific needs.
· Proven experience in a technical support or commercial service environment
· Interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent team working skills
· Capacity to effectively organise and prioritise workloads
· High level of customer service skills
· HNC or equivalent in technical discipline would be an advantage
