Job Description

A.  Establish and maintain relationships with program owners (Quality function), instructors, and participants globally for the purpose of planning, prioritization and resolution of overall activities as they relate to logistics and program resources.  Serve as the point of contact for program owners, instructors and the Eaton University global team.  Interface directly with Senior / Executive Leadership on global strategic programs.

 

B.  Develop training programs’ communication plans:  define scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with identified stakeholders / partners.  Understand region specific requirements when communicating training programs to ensure a deployment and implementation process. Deploy training program communications.

 

C.  Manage all processes related to the deployment of various programs which may include global logistics and regional considerations.

 

D.  Create and maintain training programs’ documentation such as process materials, master files, reports and schedules, ensuring knowledge and change management.

 

E.  Maintain responsibility for the coordination of software programs necessary for training – work with IT, participants, and program owners, as required.

 

F.  Administer and monitor SharePoint sites for each program.  Provide access for appropriate

 

personnel and ensure responsiveness to inquiries. Continuously look for opportunities to improve those Share Points,  from the administration and users stand point.

 

G.  Work with functional leaders to understand, review and improve Quality Competences  requirements. Develop, deploy and keep updated training programs  to address current and future competences needs.

 

H.  Generate program utilization / effectiveness reports as requested. 

 

I.   Interface with vendors when required (training development and execution, translations, etc.).  

 

J.   Create expense reports, generate check requests

 

K.  Develop, implement and run surveys about the Quality Training Programs/pilots, as required.

 

L.  Analyze and discuss training demands,  to define with quality domain leads the annual training plan, which should include all the main quality courses available in each year. Responsibilities also includes the necessary support to businesses to ensure the proper enrolment of candidates, training execution, customer satisfaction surveys, training effectiveness evaluation and certification exams, as needed.   

  

M.  Support and coordinate all activities related to the Six Sigma program execution which includes but is not limited to: overall company program schedule development and control, candidates’ charters analysis and review, interface with EU and training participants, final exam enrolment, certification control, training records and adjunct control. It is also  required to monitor key performance indicators, to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.

 

N.  Monitor Strategic Learning Plan (SLP) projects execution, ensuring control and launch effectiveness.

 

O.  Support the development, control and improvement of the College of Quality 2.0 site and respective content. Interface with EU organization as required to understand and discuss trends, improvement actions, upgrades, and etc.

Qualifications

Education:

·         Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

·         Sound technical knowledge in MS Office, SharePoint, Learning Management System, Virtual Software.

·         Relevant work experience – 2 to 4 years

·         Understanding of business, key financial measures and / or operations management

·         Previous experience on HR / training development and control

Other Requirements:

·         Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

·         Excellent organizational skills.  Strong attention to details.

·         Ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines

·         Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external resources

·         Eaton’s LMS knowledge as a plus

·         Previous experience on quality organization as a plus
