1.Responsible for regional field service dispatching management
2. Responsible for tracking field service process, increasing service quality and field customer complaint
3.Responsible for cross-function communication and leverage field service resource to meet customer request
4. Responsible for project service arrangement, tracking project process and regular reporting to PM
1） College + degree with 3 years’ experience of dispatching service request
2） Familiar with CS module in SAP.
3） Good at MS office system(Excel/ PPT…), excellent skills of data analysis
4） Accept emergency service dispatching request at non-working hours.
