Customer Service Representative
Assist customers telephonically on a daily basis, support the sales reps, complete quotations, order processing and stock transfers. Complete necessary duties for to increase customer satisfaction with Eaton.
Achieve allocated target monthly while maintaining low costs
Proactive in tracking orders and providing customer with prompt feedback
Accurate and timeous completion of tasks
Assist manager and sales staff with all relevant information regarding orders , backorders and sales forecast
Be able to advise customers on technical electrical solutions for their requirements.
Liaise with various departments to achieve results
A. Grade 12 / N3 – preferred technical.
B. Some electrical background.
C. Interal Sales experience
D. Excel knowledge
