Sales and Marketing Center (SMC) partners with multiple Eaton businesses across different geographies to deliver incremental value and drive growth by providing best in class solutions and practices through its five integral CoEs  - Sales Analytics & Market Research [SAMR], Creative CoE, Customer Services [CS], Master Data Management [MDM] and Pricing CoE.  SMC provides diverse opportunities and platform to accelerate individual careers in a challenging environment through  exposure to different global and regional sales and marketing initiatives. Essential Function:

 

1.            Periodically conducts audits on price, rebates and quotations processes and shares results with the pricing team to drive improvement actions

2.            Use Data analytics to identify price leakages through rebates and works with rebates operations team to initiate Audits with the distributors

3.            Collaborate with the sales team and customers to drive actions to recover the over credits paid through rebates

4.            Proactively identify possible leakage areas and implement actions to develop/modify process to prevent leakage.

5.            Performs root cause analysis for the price and rebates discrepancies and proposes actions to improve the process

6.            Audits ERP list pricing data to identify price anomalies and work with IT and pricing analysts to correct it.

7.            Participates in continuous improvement initiatives

8.            Prepares and updates SOP & reports

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Any graduate with minimum of 1-3 Years of experience in Pricing operations preferably Quotations. BBA/MBA preferred. Good knowledge of MS-Suite with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Systems skills/experience desired: cC360/OBIEE, ERP (MFG-Pro), Enovia and QlikView. Knowledge of Tableau will be an added advantage 

     

  • Preferred  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pricing operations preferably quotations.

  • Additional Skills

  • Enthusiastic, fast learner willing to work in various technology stacks, willing to collaborate with different business units.

  • Excited to learn about business strategies and pricing.
