Your essential responsibilities:

Building organizational capability:

  • Develop the team skills and competencies.

  • Work with the business units to support additions and changes for staffing.

Business Development:
  • Partners with the business teams and Customers to identify opportunities for project initiatives to drive business improvement

Project Management:
  • Manages medium to large projects, often in parallel. Have excellent knowledge of project management methodology (Prolaunch) and tools.

  • Consults with the business unit, plant and engineering management team to develop, define, and prioritize work and project requests.

  • Serves as an internal and external customer interface for the projects

Manages relationships with the key business unit IT leadership

  • Monitor and maintain Service Level agreements

  • Member of business group staff meetings where required

Requirements Definition:

  • Translates business, customer and supplier needs into business requirements.

  • Creates technical requirements based on knowledge of business process and recommend business process change.

  • Review and approve the appropriate requirements.

Performs evaluations and supports development (functional & direct reports)

 
   Supports SOX compliance efforts
 
   Business contribution
  • Help identify and drive operation contribution for the business (DOH, DSO, cycle time, etc)

 

   Identify and drive cost out opportunities to reduce SG&A, improve manufacturing margins, etc

Qualifications

If you are:
  • At least 10 years working experience and over 8 years ERP experience including process design and configuration
  • Manager or Team Lead experience
  • Full Life-cycle ERP Implementation project experience
  • College Graduate or equivalent experience
  • Have bilingual (Chinese and English) language capability is preferable
