Senior Analyst - BI
Analyse Dashboard Tools, ERP and carrier data in order to identify and communicate improvement opportunities that can drive out cost and improve customer experience. To develop the use of standard reports, tools and methodology from the SC Customer Dashboard after go live. For use in communicating with stakeholders and customers. Highlighting opportunities for improvement such as ordering pattern, delivery profile and transportation savings. Using and develop standard work processes to monitor trends, changes and to sustain improvements.
Communicate to stakeholders and customers, and following up on execution and delivery. Assist country sales organizations with customers and logistics by providing data analysis to deliver measurable change in our customer value proposition and cost structure. Being able to understand and explain sources of value and benefit for both Eaton and our customers. Track, measure and report on benefits delivered.
Process owner, coordinator and oversight of the SC Customer Dashboard standard reports, groupings, and distribution. Acting as a go to point for issues and queries. Building a network of Eaton contacts within Supply Chain, Order Management and IT in order to highlight and/or resolve issues.
Align on changes to customer settings with Sales Operations / Customer Service with respect to customers shipping settings: checks and monitors and changes have been effected. Sets up standard work processes to do so.
The Supply Chain Customer Solutions Analyst represents Supply Chain in various Country Sales Organisation meetings ensuring that all stakeholders are communicated to effectively and are appropriately engaged.
Prepare and support with executive and ad-hoc reporting for SCM BRM and NE Supply Chain Operations.
Support the Manager - Supply Chain Customer Support EMEA in other ad-hoc projects that the SCM BRM activities.
- Strong English, to be able to communicate and defend complex concepts
- Desirable 3 years’ experience in Logistic or Supply Chain processes
- Desirable 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or working with customers
- Required >3 years’ data analytics
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects
