a. Leverages standard tools and processes to ensure successful execution in departmental KPIs.
b. Adheres to all safety requirements, enforces safety expectations, document and communicate hazards and unsafe conditions, conducts training to team members on safety regulations and methods. Empowers all employees to take ownership of their personal safety.
c. Improve productivity in responsibility production departments by either developing the equipment or creating new standardize manufacturing method.
d. Monitor and control key process metrics such as TRCR, Internal PPM, scrap rate and productivity
e. Investigate and analyze production methods, processes, operations and propose possible modifications for continuous improvement.
f. Project proceed control and new line implementation for new projects and processes based on projects’ budget.
g. Build close relationship with other functions and units.
h. Support the implementation of quality control procedures to the shopfloor.
i.Ensure the accuracy of BOM and Routings within MFG/PRO.
j. Utilize problem solving technique such as global 8D, PFMEA, Control plans etc.
k. Regularly communicate and demonstrate the Eaton best practices, ethics, values and philosophy such that these cultural attributes are incorporated throughout the organization.
