Job Description

  • Support HR manager to analysis, develop and finalize annual hiring plan according to business needs and department requirements collected.
  • Work together with HR share service for all salaried positions’ hiring to meet with business requirements.
  • Take fully  responsible for hourly employees’ hiring and on boarding with a good sense of external  labor market
  • Monitor and follow annual hiring plan implementation, provide interview skill training to line supervisor/ manager to improve talent selection skills.
  • Conduct employee exit interview, carry out actions after analyzing the data.
  • Make annual communication plan align with business objectives and get approval from HR manager.
  • Execution and monitor communication plan, include but not limit to monthly all employee meeting, round table meeting, HR Helpdesk, Employee Engagement Survey plant rollout, etc. and action plan tracking.
  • Be responsible for supporting HR managers on people relative issues including: discipline process, termination process, labor arbitration and other people issues by providing customized suggestions, consulting to ensure the effective people management.
  • Support HRM to follow up APAC guideline on OCA project, and lead site’s own talent review process.
  • APEX year-cycle follow up according to standard process, including goal setting, year-end calibration. Moreover, to better improve site performance evaluation system.
  • Prepare accurate monthly reports required by various management , and follow up annual HR operating review and plant HR metric action plan month by month.
  • Support other HR programs assigned by HR manager.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field;
  2. At least 5 years HR experience and at least 3 years of recruiting or communication experience in MNC, mechanical industry background is preferred;
  3. Very good business acumen, strategic, organized and result-driven, good at communication and execution;
  4. Solid HR knowledge in recruitment and understand labor law well;
  5. Excellent command of both oral and written English;
  6. Familiar with OFFICE, especially PPT and presentation skill.
