HR Services Administrator
Administer end-to-end payroll and payment, incentive/bonus calculations, annual reporting
Ensure complete preparation for Single Touch Payroll implementation
Manage onboarding/offboarding and Employee Personnel Files
Provide specialized knowledge of both Fair Work Act (Australia) & Employment Relations Act (NZ) legislation & regulations
Manage reconciliation of work cover related claims
Collaborate with HRBPs and employees to tackle issue and provide timely and quality support
Cooperate with other HR Services work streams to ensure the smooth operations in the Australia and New Zealand
3 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll administration
Familiarity with Fair Work Act and Employment Relations Act legislation
Clear understanding of Single Touch Payroll
Working proficiency in ADP Payforce
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience working in an MNC
