Job Description

Position Overview
 
Based in Rowville and reporting to the HR Services Manager, this role will provide HR support to HR Business Partners and employees across multiple business groups in Australia and New Zealand. This will include being the principle link to an outsourced payroll provider, HR Shared Service Centre and superannuation consultants in the administration of payroll. The incumbent will also be required to process and resolve employee queries.
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Administer end-to-end payroll and payment, incentive/bonus calculations, annual reporting
  • Ensure complete preparation for Single Touch Payroll implementation
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding and Employee Personnel Files
  • Provide specialized knowledge of both Fair Work Act (Australia) & Employment Relations Act (NZ) legislation & regulations
  • Manage reconciliation of work cover related claims
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and employees to tackle issue and provide timely and quality support
  • Cooperate with other HR Services work streams to ensure the smooth operations in the Australia and New Zealand

Qualifications

Key Requirements
  • 3 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll administration
  • Familiarity with Fair Work Act and Employment Relations Act legislation
  • Clear understanding of Single Touch Payroll
  • Working proficiency in ADP Payforce
 
Additional Requirements
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience working in an MNC
