Eaton’s Aerospace Division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st Shift to join our team.This position is based at our Euclid, Ohio facility.
This Production Supervisor is responsible for coaching manufacturing teams to ensure a safe work environment; achieving production schedules, product quality, and product cost goals; and coordinating with all functional and service groups to meet or exceed customer requirements. The Production Supervisor drives performance to meet or exceed financial plans tactical goals as well as motivate employees to maintain a high performance culture.

  • You will assure policies, procedures, and other documentation are followed to ensure consistent and compliant product.
  • You will proactively implement, promote and maintain a safe working environment through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and rule enforcement.
  • You will facilitate production activities and resources per established practices and/or policies to ensure the timely delivery (OTD,TAT ) of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • You will initiate and continuously manage improvements to manufacturing processes through the Eaton Business System (EBS).
  • You will fully engage the workforce and drive change by fostering innovation and promoting continuous learning.
  • You will motivate and coach employees and teams to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity and quality.
  • You will ensure employees have the necessary skills, knowledge, information and tools to do their jobs safely and effectively. Also manage the cross training of employees to ensure optimum flexibility.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. 
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
  • No relocation will be offered for this position. Only candidates who reside within a 50 mile radius of the Euclid, OH facility will be considered for this position.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification.
  • MRP/ERP experience.
  • Experience with assembly and/or test operations.
