Job Description

A.     Detect, plan and coordinate the training sessions, according to the MTP and training needs, complying with the guidelines of the organization.


A.     Detection of the Training Needs at Plant , Department, Function level,  Development Plans requirements & Customer requirements.

B.     Build up the Master Training Plan according with the Training Plan Needs.

C.    Design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house), in order to comply with the MTP.

D.    Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.).

E.     Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information.

F.     Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed in the Training Plan.

G.    Design and prepare educational aids and materials.

H.    Assess effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.

I.      Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding to the training topics.

J.     Maintain updated the training records.

K.     Comply with Training Mandatories on time.

L.     Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.

M.    Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

N.    Coordinate all the logistics need it to manage the training such as invitation, coffee break if need it, material, presentation, facilities, etc.

O.    Ensure the population planned to take the training.

P.     Promote  the usage of training tools as Eaton University.

Q.    Comply with audits requirements such as Eaton, Customer and legal audits regarding to Training Management.

R.     Budget Management for training, ensure the complete usage of it.

S.     Control training costs to obtain the desired results but focusing on cost reduction.

T.     Review twice a year the scholarships given by Eaton. ( English classes, MBA, Engineering Degree)

U.    To be certified in internal or corporate trainings, and perform those trainings.

V.     To get more Trainers certified for Corporate trainings.

W.    Improvement Ideas.

X.     To be a member of a plant committee.

Y.     Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.

Z.     Promotes the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies.
