Order Management Representative

Job Description

The order management rep is responsible for supporting Ecommerce, Customer Service, and Pricing  teams. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; order entry and management, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) order review, Quality Notification (QN) Entry, Returned Goods Authorization (RMA) entry, daily review and update of orders appearing on movement of orders report, as well as any adhoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Order management reps are expected to be able to work independently as well as able to participate in a team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Limit yourself to 8-12 statements)
List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results) which must be accomplished in order to fulfil the purpose of your position as described above.
  1. Interacts professionally with internal and external contacts
  2. Ensures timely entry of customer orders.
  3. Ensures timely review and release of EDI Orders.
  4. Ensures timely entry of quality notifications and RMAs.
  5. Ensures timely review and resolution of orders appearing on movement of orders report.
  6. Backup for daily reporting when needed.
  7. Additional Adhoc assignments as requested by supervisor.


Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of experience in customer service.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate geographic area or reasonable commuting distance (100km) will be considered for this position

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work well with people across multiple functions and cultures
• Strong communication skills and strong knowledge of both verbal and written English language
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP and/or experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a plus
• Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and databases)
