Sales and Marketing Center (SMC) partners with multiple Eaton businesses across different geographies to deliver incremental value and drive growth by providing best in class solutions and practices through its five integral CoEs - Sales Analytics & Market Research [SAMR], Creative CoE, Customer Services [CS], Master Data Management [MDM] and Pricing CoE. Works in coordination with Pricing Analysts, ASM, RSM, Product Management, Channel Marketing, Finance Team to resolve rebate discrepancies of key distributors, Develops complex rebate programs (beyond established guidelines) and/or price discount programs. Identify and works with IT support team to resolve rebate system issues. Manages overall TAT and OTD of rebate helpdesk queries and rebate requests, identifies opportunities for improvement and drives the improvement initiatives.
Calculates discounts and rebates using established guidelines for medium and large distributors
Decides pricing beyond guidelines.
Able to plan and execute complex pricing projects related to program development, guideline development, and scale development.
Maintains rebate approvals, structures, point of sale data for medium and large distributors
Resolves rebate discrepancies
Consults with Sales, Product Management, plant personnel and external customers when needed
Conducts price and discount program audits, both internally and with external customers
Implements annual price adjustments and new product launches
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives
Prepares and updates SOP & reports

Any graduate with minimum of 2-5 Years of experience in Pricing operations preferably Quotations. BBA/MBA preferred. Good knowledge of MS-Suite with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Systems skills/experience desired: cC360/OBIEE, ERP (MFG-Pro), Enovia and QlikView. Knowledge of Tableau will be an added advantage
Preferred Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pricing operations preferably quotations.
