Project BDM (Lighting)
You will join our UK Country sales organization, and report into the Regional sales manager. You will be required to sell industrial Lighting solutions, primarily into M&E contractors and consultants in the Midlands. We are looking for a professional benefitting from a solid working knowledge in Lighting, either acquired from commercial or design experience, who would thrive in exceeding set objectives for the Midlands, which have been identified as a high growth potential territory for the Group. You will be expected to spend about 3 to 4 days per week on the road on average in between clients’ meetings, depending on ongoing projects.
- Achieve set sales target and margin
- Continuously monitor and improve the conversion rate of quotes to orders for the Midlands
- Introduce Eaton and Cooper Products in order to provide a full solution of products to Customers
- Call on and develop relationships with customers throughout their organization
- Assist in the coordination of the teams activities with other sales teams and internal departments
- Understand products and their competitive position in the region and communicate the customer’s satisfaction and/or needs by: understanding company strategies, policies, program and CRM
- Understanding of appropriate customer service systems and commitment to executing them.
- Providing upper management with useful market information monthly, including business conditions, results achieved and actions planned
- Maintain company documentation, including expenses and project tracking system
Qualifications- Good working knowledge of Lighting, although training will be provided
- Full UK driving license
