Eaton Corporation has an opening for a Junior Sales Analyst role based at Turin HQ.



Under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager-Italian Customers, the Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and standardizing all the best practices related to the most important sales area of competencies. Prices by product line and customers, contractual terms and conditions and all the other Sales indexes will be considered. The Junior Sales Analyst will work close to the Sales managers to build a comprehensive picture and benchmark, helping to negotiate with the final customers. In parallel he will became familiar with the Sales work, learning about markets, Financial metrics, negotiations etc



-Develop and provide support for business managers in the creation of customized reports, statistical analysis of sales and pricing data, competitive information, interpretation of standardized metrics, and the analysis of market segments.
-Serves as a member of a cross-functional customer interface team to insure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needs.
-Provides input into the description, qualification, and recommendations of growth opportunities for new product.
-Builds customer-supplier relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and engineering.
-Contributes to the development of pricing and commercial terms and conditions
-Based on customer needs / wants and competitive pressures, makes recommendations as to course of action (strategy) to meet Eaton and customer expectations.




- Master Degree Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Engineering and Management
- Fluent in English language. French is appreciated
