Eaton is currently seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our team.


The Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is responsible for strategic project management and operational excellence for all global tools, programs and operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition function.  In this role, you will partner directly with end users to understand needs, identify potential solutions and develop proposals backed by strategic business cases for solution implementation.

  • You will be responsible for managing the use and execution of all TA Tools and technology
  • You will identify opportunities to improve system and program execution to improve overall TA quality of service
  • You will lead global TA vendor relationships, acting as lead TA point of contact for contract reviews, renewals and negotiations
  • You will develop, support and manage key strategic initiatives, from planning to execution, across the global talent acquisition organization. Including but not limited to : Candidate Experience, Assessment and Selection, Employee Referral, Onboarding and Offboarding projects. 
  • You will actively benchmark and investigate new trends and advancements in the market to determine possible future partners and upgrades that will result in the advancement of the TA function.
  • You will manage global TA reporting needs, provide TA leaders and customers analysis on regional trends, diversity and key metrics
  • You will develop and share market insights and reports supporting key strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 10 years’ previous experience managing corporate talent acquisition / recruitment processes, tools or systems
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing a direct talent acquisition / recruitment team
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading projects focused on talent acquisition process or tool improvement   
  • Eligible to work in the US on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Six Sigma certifications

Position Success Criteria :

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and improving talent acquisition processes and / or tools
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors in the recruiting space
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with customers to deliver on business needs
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects and serve as the content expert and consultant to management regarding the project content and development.
