National Account Director - Channel
- Build close relationships with key customers to enhance sales volume and customer service.
- Continues and improves profit-based growth of large national account business
- Responsible for identifying and addressing management tools, training needs and performance issues that are limiting the effectiveness of the field sales team.
- Manages key account activities of the sales organization, including defining structure and driving continuous improvement and accountability.
- Guides and monitors the development and maintenance of customer relationships with respect to all field sales activities.
- Supports new products development and product improvements.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 10 years of sales or marketing experience within the electrical industry.
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business.
Prior experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or Online Etailers is strongly preferred
