Senior HR Generalist
The Sr. HR Generalist reports to the HR Supervisor and Serve as an internal supplier in Recruitment and Selection, Communication , Services and Wellness.
Talent acquisition management for Salary and Hourly Positions ( Interview Process, Consensus Meeting)
Execute the hiring plan according to the requirements of quantity, time, shift and abilities that the departments require.
Complete Hiring Process (Medical Exam, Background Check as needs for each position).
Interview for management and non-management roles as per business needs, using the Eaton Leadership model and assessment tools and ensuring that the vacant positions are filled in a timely and cost effective manner.
Monthly Plant Wide Meeting Logistic for the three shifts.( meeting, presentation, assistance control).
Elaborate communication supports to help managers and employees understand HR tools and processes and organization changes.
Be part of the Wellness team in order to deploy the initiatives and programs, Collaborate with the EHS team in the Audit Process from Corporate.
Logistic for the recognition events like Mother´s Day, Father’s Day, Employee of the Month.
Services Follow up ( Cafeteria, Mocrowaves, vending Machines, bottle water, water dispensers).
Indirect Purchases for the HR Department.
Support the Human Resources manager in the establishment of the Eaton culture (Employee survey / HR Operating Review, leadership model, wellness committee etc.)
To contribute with Eaton Initiatives: MESH, I&D, OpA.
Qualifications• Bachelor degree in employee relations, business administration, Psychology or similar
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition Processes
• Good management of communication programs and employee services.
• Excellent English/Spanish communication skills
• Ability to communicate across borders, cultures and hierarchies
