Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.

Control and optimization of training costs attached to the budget allocated.
Preparation and monitoring of the employee training plan based on the development plans and business needs.
Compliance with the training criteria for the plans and objectives of the company.
Have the training records available for internal and external audits that ensure organizational and legal compliance.
Promote the vision of the company, actively supporting the ethics and values , as well as quality and safety policies.
Motivates and advises employees to high levels of satisfaction, productivity and quality through the effective effectiveness of the recognitions available to promote and promote the desired behaviors and results.
QualificationsEnglish - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required
3 - 5 years experience in HR area.
Processes business acumen and in a trusted business partner.
