B. Control of personnel requisition formats.
C. Generation and sending of reports corresponding to the requirement and coverage of vacancies.
D. Ensure that candidates, internal and external, complete and approve the entire selection process, including interviews, feedback, references and / or investigations, as well as required evaluations for each position.
E. Generation of new sources of recruitment of personnel, agreements or alliances with private, educational and governmental institutions.
F. Request the documentation required for the registration and assembly of the new personnel. Follow-up to the induction of new staff.
G. Promote the organizational culture of the company.
H. Motivate employees to maintain the levels of satisfaction, productivity and quality desired, through the effective use of bonds and recognition channels that the company has.
I. Implement, promote and maintain a safe working environment, through the implementation of a culture of accident prevention, investigation, maintenance equipment and application of rules, as well as the identification, control and administration of risks.
Qualifications. University Studies of Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations or related.
B. 2 years of experience in the area of Human Resources.
C. Knowledge of recruitment and selection of personnel at all levels.
D. Application of interviews and evaluations according to the type of job profile.
E. General knowledge of legal applications in LFT, IMSS, SUA, STPS and Trade Union.
