Territory Sales Manager-Vehicle
Manage territory to achieve Roadranger Field Marketing (RFM) business objectives in CentroAmerica. Function as a team with Territory Service Manager to establish positive customer relationships to ensure profitable market share of Eaton products. Provide product sales and service support, as well as applications training to our customers to maintain and grow spec market through pull through marketing. Function as a direct contributor to Eaton Vehicle Sales Division and RFM profit plan objectives. Manage, as Territory Sales Manager (TM) all territory responsibilities of providing Eaton product sales and service support to all customers within an assigned territory, in support of RFM regional sales objectives. Establish Eaton as the industry’s most complete line of systems, including; lubricants, safety products and service tools, manual and automatic transmissions, clutches.
QualificationsEducation and Skills required to meet position qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Business Mgmt or other related area •Three to five years of relevant work experience. Preferred/Additional Specialized Knowledge (not required to be qualified for position): •Roadranger product or compatible product experience. •Proven “Value Selling” skills. COMPETENCIES •Negotiating skills - Ability to negotiate with all levels of management, both internally and externally. •Communication skills – Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills. •Computer skills - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. •Organizational Management skills •Motivational skills •Business skills •Time management skills •Specialized knowledge of Commercial vehicle industry •Applications knowledge •Failure analysis skills •Teaching skills
