Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION:
 
The HR Contact Center Agent is primarily responsible for receiving inbound calls and emails from HR clients, managers and staff within the organization. This role will provide HR front office support including HR system on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Shared Service functions.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Provides outstanding customer service and support by resolving inquiries and/or issues on compensation and pay, benefits, employee data, and company policies via call/email.
  2. Fosters an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
  3. Contribute to the development of business process documentation and process improvement initiatives.
  4. Drive internal employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of BPO experience
  • Must be willing to work on night shift
  • Must be willing to work in Sto. Tomas, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
 
Position Criteria:
  • Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work well with people across multiple functions and cultures
  • Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and databases)
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle or any other HRMS applications
  • HR BPO experience, preferred
