Customer Service Representative

Job Description

This position will provide customer service and support for the Beaver plant to internal and external customers, including other Eaton plants, service centers and sales offices.   The primary function includes but is not limited to: supporting the production teams by coordinating and expediting of self-manufactured parts; coordinating product delivery dates, entering re-promise dates as needed in Vista and communicating customer expedites to the production teams in a timely manner.  Support production teams in achieving customer service metrics, i.e. Stock Fill Rate, Non-Stock On-Time Performance and Advanced Warning of Ship Delays.  Use of query tool to extract data, analyze and make recommendations based on the information gathered.  Demonstrate a competency level of product, production process and capabilities, as well as a competency level for the Vista order management system.  Communicate with internal and external customers via Vista on line expedite system, email, and other communication vehicles in a professional and customer sensitive manner.  Support the Beaver plant’s role in fulfilling Eaton’s Customer Satisfaction initiatives.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Associates degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience with Microsoft Suite.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience.
  • Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Beaver, PA to be considered.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, business related preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience.
