Development and analysis of time takings and line balancing, to maintain lines without waste and increase the productivity. increase in the use of resources
Coordinate and support the implementation / strategies of Lean Manufacturing tools and culture. Ensure that tools, resources and instructional materials are developed, updated as necessary and maintained to meet ongoing needs.
Experience like trainer and mentor of CI Culture. (5’S, TPM, Six Sigma, 8 wastes, Kanban, etc), to increase the CI Culture at plant level.
Support and promote the Gemba Walk.
Participation daily activities on the floor in order to determine the proper CI tools application to improve the process.
Active Participation in CI projects / kaizen events.
Knolowadge and development VSM to identify improvement actions
Networks with counterparts in other Eaton facilities to leverage and share best practices in Continuous Improvement to include ELSS, CIF, OpA and the CI Award Process.
Maintain updated of ELSS tracker.
Coordinate meetings for CI, IDEAS program, Cost Out, 5’S, etc. maintain updated the actions items
Follows all ISO 14001/EHS, TS 16949 standards and procedures
Develops activities according Quality and environmental policies established by the Plant .
Performs Ergonomics assessments as required.
Handling and storage of materials applications (Continuous Flow, Supermarket, kanban etc.)
Identify and minimize 8 wastes.
Coordinate and manage layout of the plant.
Analyze packing dimensions and consumptions.
Determinate Materials flow.
Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering.
Minimum of 3 years Continues Improvement or Manufacturing/Engineering /Quality control experience.
Certification on Six Sigma Belt and Lean Manufacturing. (Preferred)
Knowledge and experience in Autocad management.
Knowledge in 5’S, Kanban, Take time, TPM, VSM, Flow analysis.
English 85%. (Writing and speaking).
