Location: Bonn, Germany 

Essential Functions:

  • Act as Business Partner supporting the Product Line Management Organization regarding all financial issues and results, providing insights on revenues and profits per customers and product segments
  • Responsible for all aspects of Ledger Controlling of Sankt Gallen site 
  • Provide Analysis on customer and product views for our business
  • Active support for cost controlling for defined ledger
  • Lead the annual Profit Plan process 
  • Sales/margin in close cooperation with the business leader
  • Sales Reporting including preparing and analysing Sales Tool files
  • Quarterly preparation of key metrics
  • New product sales reporting tracking and evaluation with Product Line Managers
  • Analyzes significant variances in the financial results to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and initiates corrective action
  • Support financial planning and forecasting processes
  • Support the product lines in preparing Business Opportunity Calculations for projects
  • Pro-actively manage relations with Product Line Managers to understand critical business developments and follow up on required actions



  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Strong financial expertise, including US GAAP
  • Several years of experience preferable
  • Commercial mindset/experience
  • Knowledge of financial, MIS and ERP systems
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong and effective interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate complex topics in an effective and concise manner
  • Ability to operate across, and influence within, a complex matrixed organizational structure
