Mainly supervise leading the direct and indirect production operations team to meet customer objectives such as On Time Delivery and Quality making the clients and their requirements our principle target. Involve and compromise the personnel to work safety in order to deliver the product on time and with zero defects.
Metal Mechanic/Assembly, Manufacturing and materials experience.
3 year experience in personnel management.
Requires at least 3 years’ experience in progressive management roles.
Bachelor’s Degree. ( Mechanic, Industrial, Electric or similar)
Fluent in English/Spanish
