Job Description

Responsible for the sales orders key-in and logistic tasks
Drives for on-time-delivery by working with manufacturing teams
Support sales and team to reach sales goal, maintain database
Coordinate and manage whole process after orders confirmed of assigned accounts


  • 3~5 years’ experience in the assistant role in sales support or logistic operation, or customer service.
  • College degree or above, Subject related to trading / logistic/ finance/ Language etc.
Hard Skills
  • Experienced in order fulfillment and logistic jobs
  • Familiar with incoterms and payment terms
  • Language: Good in English
  • Skilled in Excel & Word. SAP experience is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Attention to details, self-motivated, with ownership of assigned responsibility and good working attitude
  • Able to work independently and resolve problem
  • Good skill on communication & coordination
