Job Description

We are looking for a Commercial Manager in Bogotá, Colombia.
He/She will be responsible for:
 
  • Achieving long, mid-term and annual marketing and sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account for our Electrical Division.
  • Securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services as well as planning and managing marketing resources to achieve planned results within assigned budget.
  • Manage the customer base, sales resources, and channels to market.    
  • Provide guidance to marketing and sales team members in order to achieve annual profit plan objectives.
  • Define, select and continuously improve the customer base.
  • Monitor sales and marketing performance and implement corrective actions to achieve annual goals.
  • Monitor marketing promotion campaigns to ensure compliance with timeframe and budget.  Products launches and advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience Required:
     
    • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, master degree preferred
    • Marketing and strategic planning experience preferred
    • Advanced Knowledge of English language
    • Solid experience in similar activities and leadership positions
    • Managerial experience to handle crisis negotiation and decision making
    • Permanent member of Professional and Chambers association
