we are looking for a
 
 
Fluid Conveyance Sales Engineer
 
Eaton hydraulic hoses and hose fittings provide the ultimate fluid conveyance solutions for a variety of equipment and applications around the world.
 
 
Location:  Sweden, Stockholm or home office (Sweden, Norway)
 
Responsibilities:
 
Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships (distribution partners and OEM) to increase sales of products from the Fluid conveyance Eaton hydraulic product portfolio (in particular hoses, tube fittings and couplings) in the assigned sales area.
 
Develop a market strategy to expand Eaton Hydraulics' market share, including a platform/segment approach.
 
  • Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships (distribution partners and OEM) to increase sales of products from the Fluid conveyance Eaton hydraulic product portfolio (in particular hoses, tube fittings and couplings) in the assigned sales area.
  • Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers to achieve sales targets; Negotiate and conclude orders in accordance with the valid product / price regulations and Eaton's "Terms and Conditions"
  • Lead discussions with EMEA application engineers and Product Manager to secure that local application demands are considered during the product and marketing development cycle.   
  • Creation of product presentations
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to increase sales and increase customer satisfaction. Ensuring personal contacts through regular visits to customers and sales partners, support and cooperation of in-house exhibitions with partners, customers
  • Preparation and creation of offers according to customer needs, taking into account cost-effectiveness and feasibility
  • Monitor competition and take action to ensure that existing market share and sales growth targets are not jeopardized
  • Regular reporting, creation of forecasts

Qualifications

  • Completed technical studies, e.g. Mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Understanding of and experience with distribution channel for Fluid Conveyance
  • Excellent business understanding
  • Professional experience in sales of technical products
  • Hydraulic experience / application knowledge in markets like Marine/Oil&Gas Commercial Vehicles or Material Handling
  • Service-oriented, combined with the ability to convince and inspire customers
  • Fluent in at least 1 Nordic language and English
