Job Description

 A. On site UPS and Cooling  maintenance  and start-up

 B. Training the customer in the field ,good communication with customer
 C. Writing professional failure report, or standard operation process


1.    At least 3 years UPS service experiences

2.    Good computer and Office software using

3.    Good knowledge at electronics, power supply  and IDC Data Center

4.    The ability of writing professional failure report, or standard operation process.

5.    Good training skill as teacher, can coach other FSE to solve problem by phone or class
