Analyze, Planning and require the raw material and/or subassemblies for OEM & Service Parts production line’s (releases)
•Avoid production line shutdown due to lack of raw material or subassemblies
•Manage Phase In / Phase Out to avoid obsolete material
•To resolve all the discrepancies of shipments with suppliers and internal customers
•Drive continuous improvements
•Support to engineering change’s (pro launch and cost out projects)
•Monitor inventory levels to ensure plant inventory objectives.
•Follow-up supplier shipments & Track the supplier delivery
•Maintaining MRP system
•Daily Shortage root cause investigation and resolution
•Active Participation in Eaton Activities (Inventory, Audits, Opex projects)
