Job Description


Provide employee health education, health promotion and health guidance planning and implementation. Work-Related Diseases prevention, Health advice, First aid disposal. Help return to work and assign fitness Work. Staff health check records analysis, management and preservation. Occupational disease and injury to record and save. Assist occupational safety and health staff in work-related disease prevention.
A. Different types of staff health inspection plan (new, annual and change work examination), data analysis, anomaly tracking and employee care, record keeping and management.
B. Occupational and general injury prevention, First aid disposal  and follow-up care, First aid training.
C. Assist to assessment of health high risk employees, taking the necessary preventive and health promotion measures, and conducting a survey on the connection between labor health and labor practices.
D. Assist reinstatement employee to adjustment job.
E. Employees health education, advocacy and infectious disease prevention and management.
F. Planning and promotion of health promotion activities based on company Wellness policy.
G. Health Center hardware equipment maintenance, medicine procurement and management of medicines.
H. Workplace Doctor contact and arrangements schedule.
I. Implementation of related health prevention programs (ex: Maternal Health Protection. abnormal workloads)
J. Health-related statutory information system declaration.
K. Department-related matters to assist and support supervisor assign.


Minimum requirement
  • BS degree in nursing or medical care.
  • 5+ years’ experience of plant nurse experience.
  • License/Certificate:(1) Certificate of Senior Examination for Registered Nurse (or Certificate of Junior Examination for Nurse); (2) Certificate of Training for Nurse Personnel engaged in the labor health service.
Other required experience
  • 7+ years’ experience of plant nurse experience.
  • Basic English ability in writing and reading.
  • AED+CPR Training
  • Ability to communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • High EQ, optimistic and positive working attitude.
  • High Enthusiasm in health care, service.
  • Ability to work with people at various levels inside and outside of the organization.
  • Eager to learn and fast learner, proactive with daily work and relating issue.
