HR Analyst Payrolling
A. Coordinate payments for personnel includes benefits.
B. Coordinate payments in order to comply with taxes and other governmental aspects.
A. College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar.
B. English – language capability would be a plus.
C. 3 years experience in HR area.
A. Coordinate and verify supervision reports for hourly payment.
B. Coordinate and verifiy salary payment.
C. Maintain current information for necessary reports.
D. Prepare information for finance department.
E. Prepare information in order to comply with social insurance.
F. Prepare payment for taxes.
G. Prepare information for employees (records, taxes).
H. Prepare payment for FONACOT.
I. Coordinate found savings for employees.
J. Coordinate and verify payments for employees that leave company.
K. Provide support in recognitions events.
L. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.
M. Promotes the company’s mission
and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies.
N. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.
O. Continuously improve HR processes through the utilization on Continuous Improvement tools.
