Master Data Analyst ES EMEA (German speaker)

You will be responsible for entering and maintaining the proper customer data in the above mentioned ERP system to ensure the record can be used for order entry, processing and invoicing in the different Country Sales organizations. Support on improving data, generated during lead management/collection (driven by Eloqua). That includes contact and company data. Support in completing contact data, support the correct flow to the CRM system, and ensure accuracy of contact information for email campaigns.

You will work with the different Country Sales organizations (in specific Customer Service, Accounts Receivable and Credit Management) and the Subject Matter Expert in the country to ensure the correctness of entered data in ERP and lead management system (Eloqua). Contribute to improve the customer creation and maintenance process for Electrical EMEA; he /she will support the Customer Master Data management team and the Subject Matter Expert in the country in the deployment of Customer data quality tools and metrics.


Essential Functions:


Support the establishment of the Customer Data hub (TPH) for Electrical EMEA customers, including DUNS#, Account type, End-user Market segment and Customer hierarchy.
Support the country Subject Matter Expert in implementing new processes, documentation and tools and the decisions of the Electrical EMEA Customer Data Council.
Share best practices with other customer data entry analysts and contribute to continuously improve the core processes for Customer master data creation and maintenance in Eaton’s Budapest Service Center
Perform and provide analytics of contact data. Research and interpret unusual contact and company information.
Identifies and raises issues and problems in lead management data in a constructive manner.
Analyzes outdated and aged contact data sets to decide on remove or keep for email campaigns.
Discovers and interprets data gaps and anomalies.

Support the work with a vendor for contact data validation and enrichment.  
The prime task is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer master data and its attributes in the Electrical EMEA’s ERP systems (mainly SAP, Oracle and Customer Data hub).




1-2 years’ experience in a relevant role

Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Good written communication skills in German (B2 or higher level)
Demonstrated ERP skills (Oracle, SAP)
Additional experience in CRM or Lead management tools a strong plus
Solid experience with Customer data flows and customer data quality improvement
Experience running Customer value-added analytics
Experience in working with international cross-functional teams
Customer Service or Account receivable experience a strong plus
Process approach and understanding of B2B activities
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
