Develops the master schedule in a manufacturing/production environment to determine the highest rate at which products will be planned and stocked prior to shipment or final assembly.
Develops a valid, feasible and robust production schedules for finished goods, leading the accomplishments for the subassemblies lines based on equipment, labor and raw material availability.
Production Leverage.- Follows, publishes and performs root cause analyses on key items that affect and impact the efficiency , Customer Service Level, Actual vs. Scheduled Productions and Master Schedule Stability . Focuses on the Run rates of each line capacity and capabilities, following up that run rate reach 100% of established.
Interacts frequently with our local customer service personnel in order to balance supply and demand by minimizing the impact with premium freights on outbound.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering from an accredited institution required.
Minimum of 3 years on production control & Management /Master Scheduler experience in a large company required.
Minimum of 5 years Supply Chain experience in a medium/large manufacturing facility (150+ employees) required
Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English-Spanish (Bilingual) required.
No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate geographical area will be considered for this position.
Special knowledge on ERP systems such (SAP, AS400, MAPICS)
Demonstrated strong skills on following competencies: Action Oriented, Conflict Management, Customer Focus, Developing Direct Reports and Others, Functional/Technical Skills, Motivating Others, Planning, Drive for Results, Technical Learning, Problem Solving.
Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word.
3-5 years of experience in MRP, MPS, ROPs, KanBans, Stocking programs , Min-Max tools.
3-5 years of Experience in ERP systems
Master degree in Business Administration,
Supply Chain or related field from an accredited institution required.
