a. Support plant HR general affairs, employee activity, follow up annual communication plan effectiveness, build positive employee relationship;
b. Plant training coordinator & facilitator to support Lead HR for New Employee Orientation, annual training demands & feedback collection & analysis for future improvement;
c. Deploys Manager/Front Line leader/Shift line leader program;
d. Coordinate to implement Employee community activity which involved in general employees and managers to improve company reputation and good relationship with community;
e. Support Lead HR to build up a visualized plant to better deploy company policy and program;
f. Supports Organization Capacity Assessment process;
g. Implements internal and external audit.
h. Supports effectiveness of HR operations.
i. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
a. Bachelor degree or above with major in Human Resource Management or related field;
b. 3 years’ HR generalist relevant working experience in multinational company is preferred;
c. Has understanding of China Labor Law and related regulations;
d. Good learning agility;
e. Excellent interpersonal and communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
f. Be proactive and initiative;
g. Good command of both English (Writing and Read);
h. Good Microsoft office operation skill.
