Job Description

Manages assigned customer base to increase sales, and provide sales and technical assistance to distributors,contractors, and internal personnel.

Sells assigned product lines to targeted customers in a targeted Market Area. The position’s primary objective is to optimize sales volume, product mix and profit margin.Specific functions include:Drive increase in sales in the marketplace. Manage all aspects of the customerrelationship, providing sales and technical assistance with distributors,customers,end users,and specifiers. Develop a proven record of achieving assigned sales quota.Prepare and present bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines. Support total quality effortsby providing timely and accurate information for order entry,elevating quality issues to attention of management.Ensure that accurate information flows to and from customers.Collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence regarding com


A.    Bachelor degree, preferred major in Hydraulic or Mechanical Engineering.

B.    At least 5 years experience in relevant industry. Proven track records in corporate sales of Petrochemicals, Electronics, Automotives, F&B and Chemical related products. 

C.   Practical Knowledge of Filtration business, Marketplace and Filtration customers.

D.   Good team player and have a positive attitude, good analytical and innovative problem solving skills

E.    Contract Negotiation skills

F.    Knowledge of contract law and project management

G.   Acting as ambassador of Eaton and delivering effective presentations
