Hydraulics SCM Process Engineer
Execute and coordinate process in operations of distribution center in alignment with internal team and costumer requirements. Utilize MRP, quality systems and lean manufacturing tool to effectively communication to achieve high performance in our process focus to attend costumer promise follow-up with costumers daily, manage on time delivery to ensure consistent flow of materials. Carry out all activities according to Eaton’s Ethics and Values.
•Establish strong working relationships with Procurement, Production & Customer Service teams to ensure that there is a good understanding of procedures to ensure standard applications. Ensure execution of procedures to achieve quality high level making standards work.
•Make sure process run keeping high level of service maintained and improved for internal and external operations rates. Our expectation should be reflected in customer growth. Lead to introduce and manage Continuous Improvement procedures such that there are processes for make items while standard improve to achieve high performance. This includes the management of the Improvement ideas, working improvement operations invaromental.
Supervise performance of new designs, data integrity, and cost assigned at new part numbers, etc. contributing to get new business.
•Lead with distribution center team to establish processes of deliver the systems required to facilitate continuous improvement process and Planning strategic models to allow us increase our service with internal and external costumers.
•Lead with warehouse supervisor and customer service team receive and communicate new customer products to anticipate the requirements of each customer for material planning, customer service, health system, sales growth, reviewing true launches process and capacity planning.
•Monitor behavior of operations and roll cost true MFG reports needed to support these activities, ensuring that information used for planning and sales of make item (MPS) is accurately presented in the system in order to provide reliable downstream information.
•Contribute ideas for improvement, identifying areas of opportunity that are likely to improve the performance and results of operational objectives.
•Motivates and coaches employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results
•Effectively confronts employee performance and behavioral issues. Holds employees accountable with immediate feedback when desired behaviors and expectations are not being achieved.
•Shows empathy towards employee issues by providing support, information, and counseling and in appropriate situations acting as an employee advocate by raising issues with management. Follows through on commitments made to employees.
•Lead the participation in all Eaton programs that involve that area pulling the team that is leading.
•Metrical elaboration of the area to report weekly and monthly to appropriate areas of our results, trends, activities, actions, responsible and enforcement actions to close on time.
•Participation in Hydraulics special projects or others if its require as a part of multifunctional team. It will be measured as other achievements Apex review.
•Develop plans on each team members looking improve opportunities areas.
•Improve and analyze key metrics that unit business require to achieve operations excellence performance making with costumer service team actions plans to sustain it.
•Organize operations review meeting to evaluate performance in every single key metric of the unit business making actions plans with team members.
