Job Description

Primary Function:
 
The position will direct report to the HRS Head India to assist in HR Services continuous improvement, operational excellence and quality system,  to improve the HRS operation effectiveness, efficiency and quality. Also remain closely connected with the global HR technology in the deployment of the solutions to support HRS activities. To ensure the technology solutions integrate with the processes
 
Essential Function
 
  • Driving HR Services process standardization in terms of developing and deploying them consistently.
  • Implement service quality control and assurance system, establish quality assurance system in the center, monitor and improve the quality of service delivery.
  • Initiate and implement the HR Services technology and system enhancement projects.
  • Design and improve process flows, working manuals, user handbooks as well as related tools and templates for each service offerings.
  • Create, track and assess standards, metrics, processes and systems on regular basis in order to monitoring performance and identify the improvement areas . 
  • Consolidate and develop OPEX/CI training modules for service center agents to build up CI framework and competency in the team.
  • Lead regular operational process / service levels audits and reviews with the HRS centers to ensure compliance and delivery quality
  • Conduct the OPEX & Quality best practice sharing and knowledge management for HR services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree; with at least 5-7 years’ experience in supporting business processing service operations or HR services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • The ideal candidate will have good process improvement experience in an shared services/business process outsourcing organization
  • Strong customer service ethos with a track record of process improvement.
  • Project management skill to lead and work in matrix project teams and deal with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiar with LEAN and  Six Sigma tools. Lean/CI Certification is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and process oriented.
