HR Business Partner

Location:  Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia

 

Provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings. Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs

Essential Functions:

·         Organization of the annual Employee Survey;

·         Provides assistance in creating  action plan to increase employee satisfaction, monitors the implementation of plan by functions;

·         Provides support to managers and coordinate internal communication

·         Provides support in all actions concerning employee engagement

·         Improves internal communication by introducing new models and modes of communication

·         Organizes and carries out the process of selection and recruitment internally, externally, and if needed in coordination with external agency;

·         Coordination of orientation of new employees on their arrival in the company;

·         Performs exit interviews with employees who are leaving company,

·         Manage the process of identifying training needs and measure the efectiveness of training

·         Manages the training plan and conducting reports concerning follow up of training plan;

·         Lead the process of defining development needs and creating development plans,

·         Develop training materials  and conduct training programs for specific groups of employees

·         Provides support to OCA process

·         Coordinate the process of rewarding employees

·         Provides support for organization of events for the employees

·         Provides support to activities related to local community

·         Monitors and reports relevant HR Key Plant Performance metrics

·         Responsibility for adherence to legal requirements and internal standards in relation health and safety, fire protection and environmental protection;

·         Support to PA and payroll department when needed

·         Performs other duties as instructed by supervisor related with functional tasks

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·         University degree in HR or social sciences

·         5 years of work experience on similar work positions

·         PC skills high level proficiency

·         High level of English language proficiency

·         Proactive

·         Innovative

·         Great listener and communicator

·         Has high self-awareness and self-esteem

·         High Energy Level

·         Demonstrates High level of integrity and trustworthiness
