Job Description

Develops, forecasts and controls inventory levels based on sales forecasts and other commitments in order to balance inventory with production requirements.
Deploy Eaton VG global materials strategies and process within plants, manages plant materials process to support operations in meeting performance of department.
Manages and reviews inputs(Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process(SIOP), cycle counting, physical inventory, profit planning) and controls (min./max. levels, lead times, etc.) of the ordering process to ensure that inventory levels ( purchase parts, WIP, finished goods, consignment, in-transit etc.) to meet Plant, Division and Corporate expectations.
Responsible for ERP system health and deploy the standard ERP process within plant with the support from IT
Balances and coordinates the work loads and responsibilities of the employees within the Materials Planning/Scheduling function to support Plant level metrics in the areas of Financial Performance ( overtime efficiency, on-time delivery, days on hand, top line sales) by leveraging lean principles and plant balance (level loading, ship ahead schedules, etc.).
Identifies and implements cost reduction opportunities related to the materials function.
Models the Eaton ethical conduct policy, the Eaton Values and Philosophy, and complies with all other corporate , plant, and regulatory policies and regulations as applicable.
Supports the Eaton Business System ( EBS), Operations Assessment ( OPA), Materials management assessment(MMA), Eaton Lean Six Sigma ( ELSS), and MESH initiatives.
Improves inventory accuracy by maintaining a formalized inventory cycle counting procedure wit root cause analysis to drive corrective action.
Plans and coordinates annual physical inventory in accordance with corporate accounting procedures.
Supervised, provides functional guidance, and directs assignments for direct reports
Coordinates with third-party logistics for scheduling and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments.
Serves as the plant purchasing order ( PO) coordinator.


University degree in business admin/engineering
At least 5 year work experience on logistics/SCM in multi-national company.
Familiar with local EHS related law and regulation.
Knowledge of Oracle system is preferred , Good data analysis
Fluent in oral and written English.
