Regional Account Manager - London
Reporting to and working closely with the Regional Sales Manager this role will be required to assist and support the sales process in selling to our Wholesaler partners and local Contractors.
The essential functions of the role include:
A. Responsible for providing a high level of service and support to the customer base your attention to detail and product focus will assist in delivering business growth, which will be underpinned by your drive to succeed in sales

C. Tenacity in meeting your customers’ requirements together with an ability to influence both internally and externally to deliver an excellent service.
D. The position is also responsible for working effectively with Business Development Managers in the Sales team to ensure close communication and success in effective transactional duties.
E. Works with local contractors on Tier 2 and 3 projects
F. Ensures that the highest level of safety standards are implemented and aligned with MESH; Eaton’s Zero Incident Safety Culture as well as National guidelines and procedures.
G. Deals with customer disputes, complaints and quotes professionally.
H. The position also has a requirement for suggesting innovative ideas, to constantly keep the team moving forward, ahead of the market, ensuring maximum turnover and profit.
I. Support the RSM in the execution and development of an agreed strategy for regional account sales.
J. Achieve a set sales target
K. Achieve a set margin level
L. Ensure the support of growth within the region
M. Continuously monitor and improve the conversion rate of quotes to orders for the region.
N. Responsible for maintaining the good level of sales with existing key accounts within the area
O. Responsible for achievement of economic, quality and customer service.
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and attributes:

• Must be motivated and organised with accuracy and attention to detail
• Must have the academic ability to successfully carry out the role.
• Must have a broad understanding of sales processes, strategies and project management.
• Must be approachable and able to communicate at all levels in an effective clear manner.

• Travel circa 75% of time
QualificationsBusiness related bachelor's degree would be advantageous
