Sales and Marketing Center (SMC) partners with multiple Eaton businesses across different geographies to deliver incremental value and drive growth by providing best in class solutions and practices through its five integral CoEs  - Sales Analytics & Market Research [SAMR], Creative CoE, Customer Services [CS], Master Data Management [MDM] and Pricing CoE. The incumbent will be responsible for managing labor transactions (supplier set-up and invoices entered into AP System), Process replacement orders and freight claims for damaged shipments). The individual will be involved in detailed root cause analysis to identify areas of opportunity to improve and managing escalations effectively. Formulation of training plans with support of supervisor for new staff, monitoring of those training plans and audit reviews. A detailed report out of opportunities to improve processes based on the audit findings. Sending of Daily/weekly reports for processed/pending transactions and ensuring tractions on pending items. Should have 3+ years of industry experience in back office processes, Fluent in communication with a positive and flexible approach.

 

Essential Function:

  • Manage work source which are Mailbox, Portals and SharePoint

  • Processes new requests through order entry systems, with emphasis on error-free data entry

  • Proactively communicates in a timely manner with internal teams /stakeholders/customers on status of requests

  • To be competent on all tasks in the team

  • Able to effectively do root cause analysis and escalation handling of key issues and provide valuable insights into opportunities

  • Is able to formulate training plan for new joiners and effective implementation and monitoring of the same

  • Conduct daily/weekly peer audits and provide feedback to supervisor on error trends

  • SOP Maintenance, Updates tracking , able to manage new Transitions
