Job Description

Social Media & Marcom Operation Specialist will be working with Global and APAC team members on LinkedIn marketing strategies and campaigns, email campaigns, and Electrical Sector (ES) internal communications, including intranet news, internal newsletters and other internal online campaigns. The role will be responsible for ES central marcom overall budget planning and coordination.


Work with Global and APAC team members from different countries on LinkedIn marketing strategies and campaigns. Ensure APAC LinkedIn marketing activities follow Eaton social media guidelines. As an advocate for the brand, plan, design and optimize post contents, and analyze performance.
 
Engage with different functions and teams on their business highlights and success stories. Independently develop, write, and edit a wide range of communications including newsletter articles, internal news, LinkedIn posts, presentation slides and other communications as needed.
 
Collaborate with Australian and East Asian countries on email campaigns in support of business goals. Design email and landing pages in Eloqua according to Eaton VI guidelines. Track and improve email performance and return on investment. Monitor leads status and improve scoring models.
 
Develop and contribute to APAC electrical sector monthly newsletter. Build internal announcement emails for different Electrical Sector businesses via internal newsletter builder, Eloqua and Outlook.
 
Be responsible for ES central marcom overall budget planning and coordination. Place purchase orders in the system and provide budget monthly report. 
 
Assist to perform insightful, forward looking in-depth market/competitor research and analysis and deliver the business intelligence reports of financial, commercial (market /customer /competitor), technology and operational trends regularly.
 


Qualifications

  • Great attention to details. Ability to deliver high-quality and defect-free communication materials.
  • Proactive and self-motivated. Be able work independently under pressure.
  • Creative. Courage to contribute ideas and take initiative toward shared goals.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in communications, marketing communications, or related functions.

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skill in English and Chinese. An ability to write and edit in a variety of styles and formats in a way that is engaging, grammatically correct, and appropriate.
  • Basic HTML coding knowledge. Able to use Adobe Dreamweaver.
  • Creative and keen on APAC side social media trends
  • Minimum B.S. or B.A. degree
  • Experience with Eloqua is preferred.
  • Graphic designing experience is a plus.
