Job Description

  • Achieving Industrial Project Sales targets in Turkey
  • Improve Industrial System Integrator structure for her/his area of responsibility
  • Evaluating various business opportunities and potential new customers to increase sales volume
  • Growing current customers and developing business opportunities within potential customers in order to exceed sales targets
  • Establishing network and maintaining regular visits to Industrial End Users, Industrial System Integrators
  • Organizing and conducting Eaton Products & Solutions presentations to potential and existing customers
  • Familiar with LV&MV Switchgears and solutions
  • Providing technical and commercial support for customers
  • Submitting periodic reports with market assessment and forecasts to management within timeframe
  • Maintaining proper and up-to-date use of CRM tools to track customer opportunities, activities and weekly plan


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Good technical knowledge especially in LV&MV Switchgears to sell our products and solutions
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales on LV&MV Switchgears and solutions in the field
  • Fluency in English for both written and spoken
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Have customer portfolio and critical outside contacts
  • Self-motivated for reaching targets without supervision
  • Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad
