- Manage QE’s and inspector daily works, and take lead for the critical customer complain;
Tracking manufacturing quality performance. Establish quality culture activities;
Participate in the NPD team as core team member and attend in weekly review meeting;
Quality data analysis and lead critical quality improvement project.
Lead implement quality Initiative and tracking the performance.
Audit quality document documents, e.g. control plan, inspection instructions, visual aids and make measurement system analysis, Cpk, etc, as Tollgate process.
Continuous improvement, e.g. FTQ, OQL, Scrap, etc. and customer complaint handling with 8D methodology;
Other ad hoc job as assigned.
Have 5+ years’ experience in process quality control in mechanical industry; experience in electrical industry is preferred;
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, material or electrical;
Have experience in ISO 9001 quality system establishment and sustaining;
Good communication skill, good command of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking;
Good at team work and strong team driver for process and system improvement;
Good at quality tool application, such as PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and MSA;
Six Sigma and Lean knowhow candidate is preferred;
